Bible Verses About Strength
Strength in the Bible rarely means gritting your teeth harder. Again and again, it's described as something received, not manufactured.

Waiting isn't passive here — it's the posture that renews you.
Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

Psalm 46:1

Not a strength for calm days only — specifically named for trouble.
Nehemiah 8:10
...for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
An unusual pairing — joy, not effort, as the source of strength.
