What this screen is for
Once you have an account, this is how you get back in. Your journal, notes, highlights, prayers, and journey progress are tied to your account — sign in on any device and they're all there.
What to enter
- Email — the one you registered with.
- Password — what you set on registration (or after a reset).
Tap Sign in.
Forgot your password?
Tap Forgot password? below the password field. We'll ask for your email, send you a 6-digit code, then let you set a new password — all from the same dialog. The whole flow takes under a minute.
Common questions
Q: I'm getting "incorrect password" but I'm sure it's right. Passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock. If that's not it, use Forgot password?
Q: I can't remember which email I used. Check your inbox for a previous email from North Star — the email address that received it is the one to use.
Q: Can I stay signed in? Yes — once you sign in, North Star keeps you signed in until you tap Sign out in your Profile or uninstall the app.
Q: I don't have an account yet. Tap Create account at the bottom of the screen.
