What this screen is for

A small, gentle practice to anchor your morning — three short prompts that take a minute or two. You don't need to write a lot. Even one sentence is enough.

You don't have to do it in the morning, despite the name.

The three prompts

  1. I'm grateful for… — something, big or small, you're thankful for today.
  2. I'm trusting God with… — something on your heart you'd like to hand over.
  3. My intention today is… — one thing you want to carry into your day.

Each one has a text box. Tap into it and type. Tap Next to move on, or Skip if a prompt doesn't fit today.

What happens to what you write

Your gratitude entries are private to you and saved to your account. They show up in:

  • Profile → My Notes (alongside your verse notes)
  • Journal → History if you want to look back through them

They're never shared.

When you're done

After the third prompt, you'll see a short blessing — a sentence or two of encouragement to take into your day. Tap Done to close.

Common questions

Q: Do I have to do all three? No — you can skip any prompt. Even one is a fine start.

Q: Can I edit a past entry? Yes — open it from Profile → My Notes and edit there.

Q: What if it's evening? Use it anyway. The name is just a nudge; the practice works any time.

Q: Will it remind me? You can turn on a daily reminder in Profile → Daily Notifications and pick a time that suits you.
