What this screen is for

A direct line to the team. Bug reports, feature ideas, praise, and general thoughts — they all land in the same inbox. Every message gets read.

You open it from Profile → Send feedback.

What to tell us

Pick the type at the top — it just helps us route it:

  • 🐛 Bug — something's broken or weird
  • 💡 Feature request — something you'd love to see
  • 💬 General — anything else
  • ❤️ Praise — kind words, encouragement

Then write your message. A few sentences is plenty. If you can include:

  • What you were trying to do (for bugs)
  • What happened instead (for bugs)
  • What device you're on — but we already include that automatically

…that helps a lot.

What happens next

  • You'll see a small thank-you and the message goes through
  • We don't always reply individually (sorry), but every message is read
  • If something needs a follow-up, we'll email the address on your account

Common questions

Q: Where can I see what's been built / planned? Open the Feature Overview page — every feature request is listed with its status (Open, Planned, Done).

Q: Will my message stay private? Yes. Feedback is for the team only.

Q: I don't see a reply. We read everything but can't always reply. If yours needs one, we'll email — check your spam folder if it's been a few days.

Q: I want to contact support urgently. Email support@northstarbible.com — we'll get back as soon as we can.
