Community Guidelines
How we keep the prayer wall kind, safe, and a quiet space for one another.
Our heart for this wall
The community prayer wall is a quiet, sacred space for fellow believers to lift one another up. The aim is simple: bring real prayers, pray for one another, and treat every post as something a brother or sister has trusted us with.
Posts are reviewed before they appear
Every new prayer is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. This keeps the space kind, safe, and free from spam. Your prayer is private to our team until approved.
What to share
Genuine requests for prayer about your life, family, faith, work, health, or anyone you are carrying before God. Short or long is fine. Specific or vague is fine. You do not need to phrase anything formally.
What not to share
- Personal contact details (phone, email, address)
- Other people's private information — names of those in vulnerable situations, etc.
- Advertising or self-promotion
- Theological debates — the wall isn't for arguments
- Crisis content — if you're in danger, please reach out to a crisis line, not the wall
How to behave on the wall
- Pray, don't comment. Tap the prayer icon to add yourself.
- Treat others gently. No DMs, no follow-ups, no judgement.
- Report what's harmful. Long-press a post to report.
What happens when you report
A moderator reviews the report within 24 hours. If the post breaks the guidelines we remove it; the original poster gets a brief note. If the report is about the language or tone, we contact the original poster to ask them to edit.
If your post is rejected
You'll get a brief reason. Common ones:
- Identifying details (names, places, contact info) — please edit and resubmit
- Tone — please soften and resubmit
- Out of scope — try Connect → Prayer (private) or Ask instead
A note on grace
Moderation is done by real people who are tired some days. If you think we got something wrong, send feedback — we'll look at it again.
