Verify Your Email
Enter the 6-digit code we sent you to finish creating your account.
What this screen is for
Right after you sign up, we send a one-time code to the email you used. This screen is where you type that code in. It's how we know the email is really yours.
Until you verify, no account is actually created — and no payment is taken.
What to do
- Open the email from North Star (subject: Verify your email).
- Find the 6-digit code inside.
- Type or paste it into the boxes on the verify screen.
- Tap Verify.
That's it — you'll be signed in straight away.
If the code doesn't arrive
- Check spam / junk — it can land there.
- Wait a minute — sometimes there's a small delay.
- Resend — tap Resend code on the screen.
- Check the email is right — if you mistyped your address, go back and start registration again.
Common questions
Q: How long does the code last? Codes expire after 15 minutes. If yours has expired, tap Resend code.
Q: Can I change my email? Yes — tap Back to return to the registration screen, fix the email, and start again.
Q: I verified but I'm not signed in. Try closing and reopening the app, then sign in with the email and password you used to register.
