Connect (Overview)

The hub for one-to-one moments with North Star — Ask, Prayer, Pastoral Care, and Sermon, all in one tab.

What this screen is for

Connect is a tab in the bottom navigation. It doesn't have its own content — it's a hub for four sub-tabs along the top:

• Ask — ask anything about the Bible, faith, or God
• Prayer — your private prayer list, with optional AI-written prayers
• Pastoral — guided support on topics like anxiety, grief, forgiveness
• Sermon — turn a passage or theme into a short sermon outline (Premium)

Tap any of the four tabs to switch — the underline in gold shows where you are.

Which one do I use?

A rough guide:

• A factual question ("what does Romans 8 mean?") → Ask
• Something heavy on your heart ("I'm anxious about money") → Pastoral
• You want to pray for someone or something → Prayer
• Preparing to teach or speak → Sermon

There's no wrong door — the AI tone adjusts to where you are.

Common questions

Q: Why are these grouped together? They all involve one-to-one moments with North Star and scripture. Grouping them keeps the bottom navigation tidy.

Q: My conversations don't carry between tabs. That's by design — each sub-tab is its own space, with its own tone and saved data.

Q: I don't see Sermon. Sermon is a Premium feature — see Plans to upgrade.
